Amanda Funder, Erin Hilliard and Chelsea Tulupan were crowned 2010 Anoka Royal Ambassadors. The 51 candidates also voted Tulupan "Most Congenial."

Anoka Royal Ambassadors for 2009 were also in attendance and waved goodbye to a packed house. They are Allie Akaalerud, Jessica Nordberg and Molly Grailer. Grailer will represent Anoka at the Minneapolis Aquatennial next summer.

The crowning of the ambassadors was one of the highlights of the 2009 Anoka Halloween Celebration. The Grand Day Parade was held on Saturday.
