The Milaca Area School Board announces the selection of six candidates to be interviewed for the position of superintendent of schools due to the coming retirement of Dr. Barbra Zakrajsek.

Zakrajsek had announced her intention to retire effective June 30, 2009, last October. Applications were received through Jan. 16, 2009. See more in Mille Lacs County Times story.
