With the exception of her hair loss it might be hard to tell that 6-year-old Emma Phillips has cancer. Her parents, Lisa and Ted Phillips, who is a former Wyoming City Councilman, say their daughter has an unbreakable spirit despite her diagnosis earlier this year.
