Employee accused of swindling Eagan Sam’s Club

A man who worked at Sam’s Club in Eagan is accused of swindling the store by pocketing gift cards he was supposed to give to customers for their defective tires.

The Dakota County Attorney’s Office has charged David Ross, 37, of Minneapolis with one count of theft by swindle. See more in Erin Johnson's ThisweekLive story.
