Sixth Congressional District DFL challenger Elwyn Tinklenberg appeared in the drab Capitol press room Wednesday (July 30) morning on the start of an Energy Independence Tour of the Sixth District. Tinklenberg styled the tour as in contrast to Rep. Michele Bachmann's energy tour, taken with other Republicans, that had the first-term Republican in Alaska and at other distant destinations.
