Difficulty drumming up sponsors for this year's Art & All That Jazz Festival had organizers resigning themselves to an all-local lineup of performers.

The sixth annual festival, set for Aug. 15 in Burnsville's Nicollet Commons Park, will feature keyboard virtuoso Brian Simpson and headliner, Mindi Abair, a singer-saxophonist and will also feature Dakota County-based jazz-fusion quintet The Penguins, swing band Steve Clarke & the Working Stiffs, and New Orleans-style blues and jazz outfit Davina & the Vagabonds.
