This bill encourages Hispanics to cross the border illegally in the hopes of U.S.citizenship. It makes a sham and a mockery of not only our international immigration policy but also our standing as supporter and sustainer of international law. Russia and China secure their borders, as do Europe and the Middle Eastern countries. Yet America the only remaining super power allows its hegemony to be subverted by a third world, corrupted Mexico, et al.
