Andover man arrested for alleged sexual contact with minors

A 32-year-old Andover man who is a Minneapolis police officer was arrested Wednesday, Feb. 6 for allegedly having sexual contact with multiple juvenile females in Anoka County.  See story by Eric Hagen, ABC Newspapers
