Rick Spicuzza returns to MV Schools as deputy superintendent

Rick Spicuzza’s commitment to helping all students succeed has led him back to the Mounds View School District.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb., and said that a couple of life events tipped him toward education.
