Apple Valley police seeking owner of dog that bit girl
Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner of a dog that bit a girl last Friday in Apple Valley.
Apple Valley police report that the juvenile female victim was bitten at about 9 p.m. July 27 in the area of Kelley Park near Hearthstone Apartments, 15734 Foliage Ave.
A Neighborhood Watch listserv email sent out Monday by the police department describes the dog’s owner as a black female, approximately 5-foot-4 and 50 years old. She has curly hair with blond highlights. See more in Andrew Miller’s Sun Thisweek story.
