Uniform drive supports work with Hmong boys
Like most of the boys in his troop, Scout Master Dan Yang, of Boy Scout Troop 60 in St. 
Paul, knows what it’s like to grow up in a low-income, Hmong family.
“I grew up just like them,” he said.
