Home foreclosures in Elk River show decline

The number of home foreclosures in Elk River dropped in 2011. There were 170 foreclosures in Elk River in 2011, down from 255 in 2010.

So far, that downward trend is continuing in 2012. In the first quarter of 2012, there have been 41 foreclosures. See more in Associate Editor Joni Astrup’s Star News story.
