Man on run after TCF Bank burglary in Forest Lake
A white male is on the loose after robbing the TCF Bank on 1186 W. Broadway Ave. in Forest Lake today.
The man used a note demanding money to pull off the robbery at approximately 12:30 p.m., said FLPD Capt. Greg Weiss. The suspect fled north across Broadway Avenue on foot, Weiss added.
As of 2:00, police and State Patrol cars were posted on NW 1st Avenue while a search helicopter hovered over the open land to the north of that road.
Weiss hopes a more detailed description can soon be gleaned from security footage.
