Braham one-act play takes to the stage with comedy
The Braham One-Act Play group heads into the competitive season with their take on Romeo and Beatrice and Toto, too, written by New York native/now White Bear Lake resident Claudia Haas.
The Bombers will host a public performance of the comedy on Friday, Jan. 27, 6 p.m. at the BHS Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $2.
On Saturday, Jan. 28, the troupe travels to Pine City for the 4A North Subsection festival. The top two scoring plays then advance to the Feb. 4 Section 4A Festival held in Milaca. The Class A One-Act Festival will be held at the O’Shaunessy Theatre on the College of St. Catherine campus in St. Paul Friday, Feb. 10. See more in Isanti County News story by Greg Hunt.
